How We Work
Understanding the requirements & scope of work
We would discuss the requirements of the customer to obtain the exact info about the cargo. If the cargo to be imported or exported, the method of shipment viz. Sea, Air or land , the quantity, and dimensions would be confirmed by our team to plan and execute the shipment.
Document verification
Our team would examine the documents for availability and accuracy. In case of discrepancies or anomalies, we would assist the client in regularizing those. With the experience, our team would give proper advice and guidance for quick completion of documentation. A systematic process with our support would ensure transportation as planned
Procedure briefing
Our specialists would elaborate the procedure we follow for cargos of different types and dimensions. Detailed information including the charges for import or export would be submitted. Further, details with respect to varying shipment methodologies i.e. Full Container, LCL, or Break Bulk would be provided.
Booking confirmation
Once we receive confirmation from the client regarding the shipment, our executives would collect the cargo and the documents. It would be booked as per the plan finalized in association with the customer. We would also submit an approximate schedule concerning the arrival of the shipment.
