Crew change is the change/ replacement of crew members on a ship due to varying reasons. The scenarios wherein crew change might be required include the expiration of the contract, on compassionate grounds such as the death of a family member, crew members not being medically fit to work, and drop off of personnel such as Engineers & superintendents who are no longer required on the ship.
